Plastic Drawer Two
The next drawer down the plastic dorm-room remnant:
Items up for grabs are again marked by an asterisk (*).
- A shitty checkbook cover.*
- A car charger for some unknown old phone. I suspect one of those Nokia bricks.*
- Another local used book store receipt.
- The business card for one very nice private dancer in the Santa Barbara area, Piper. I cannot promise she still works.*
- Cal Poly CPE 480 course material.*
- A broken lightbulb.
- Protective glasses for chem lab or some kind of shop.*
- A bag containing various pins and patches for athletic and scholastic achievements (All-League Golf, wooooo) as well as one 20-sided dice. Yes I’m a dork.
- A small collection of photos from my youth. My mom gave them to me when I left for college and they bring back some fantastic memories. These are exactly the kinds of items that prove extremely tough to let go. But they must. Mom, before you comment a storm up, yes I will save them until I am home and give them back to you, if you wish. Don’t worry.

Yep pics come back home to go in box of things I have started that are for you when you are in your thirties/forties and have a family (if you so choose to have one by then — no expectations or assumptions here) and hey…if no one makes claims to your patches or pins bring them and I will add them to the box — should you have kiddies later in life, trust me, you’ll have fun telling them the “way back when your ole dad was your age”…stories :)
and if you toss the d-con, make sure no stray animal (like a cat) can get to it in the trash. If you know how it makes mice and rats die then you know hwat it can do to other animals… bad stuff!
Hey..nevermind bringing the pics… I probably have the originals in the loads of photo albums that will be yours and Hannah’s once your pop and I kick the ole earthly bucket, not to mention the whole digital libary you two will acquire :)
hehe tiny crabs.
Hahaha, Piper’s business card. Did we get her for your rush or afterwards?
After. And then one more time after that.
Caleb you have perhaps THE coolest Mom :)
